Managed IT Services
Set-and-forget peace of mind for your entire stack.
Overview
Professional Managed Services provides your business with a set-and-forget solution that offers total peace of mind, ensuring the safety, security and continuous improvement of your enterprise technology, without you having to think about it.
How the service actually works
Every managed agreement starts with an onboarding audit rather than a contract. We document what you are running, what is out of support, where the backups actually land and who holds the admin credentials. That baseline is yours whether or not you continue with us.
Monitoring then goes onto endpoints and servers, patching moves to a tested schedule, and your team gets one address to raise anything. Tickets are triaged by a senior engineer rather than routed through a script, and escalations go to our technical director.
What we take responsibility for
Managed IT covers the endpoint estate and the platforms your people use daily: Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, identity and access, endpoint security and day to day support. Servers, networks and firewalls sit inside the same agreement or are scoped separately.
Vendor management comes with it. Warranty claims, licensing questions and carrier faults are ours to chase and ours to close out, rather than yours to sit on hold for.
Where managed IT usually goes wrong
The two failure modes we see most often when taking over an environment are undocumented dependencies and unverified backups. Something critical runs on a server nobody wants to touch, or backups have reported success for months without a restore being tested. Both surface during onboarding, not during an incident.
The third is the support model. Tickets can close quickly while the environment slowly degrades, because nothing in the agreement rewards fixing root causes. Quarterly reviews exist to surface the recurring issues and get them scheduled as project work.
Suited to smaller teams as well as large ones
Our minimum is five users, so smaller organisations are not pushed onto break fix arrangements that cost more over a year and leave gaps in between.
Terms run at twelve or twenty four months, with month to month available. Delivery is remote first, with onsite support across greater Sydney and NSW.

Common questions
What is the minimum number of users for managed IT services?
Five. Many Sydney providers require twenty to fifty users before they will take you on. We deliberately set the floor at five so smaller professional services firms, practices and school support teams can access the same monitoring, security and helpdesk as larger clients.
How long does it take to transition from our current IT provider?
Typically four to six weeks from signing to full handover. The first two weeks are audit and documentation, then agent deployment and credential transfer, then a parallel period where both providers are contactable. We do not cut the old provider off until the environment is fully documented on our side.
Do you support Microsoft 365 and on-premises servers together?
Yes. Most of our clients run hybrid environments, with identity in Entra ID, mail and collaboration in Microsoft 365, and file, application or database workloads still on local servers. Both sides are covered under the one agreement with one point of accountability.
What happens when something breaks outside business hours?
Priority one incidents, meaning a system down event affecting the whole organisation, are covered after hours. Lower priority issues are queued for the next business day. Exact response commitments are set in your agreement rather than assumed, so you know what you are buying.
Are we locked in if the service is not working out?
No. Month to month is available, and even on a fixed term the onboarding documentation, asset register and credentials are yours. We have handed environments over to other providers cleanly before. A client who stays because they cannot leave is not a client relationship worth having.
