Very few organisations arrive needing all eight at once. Most start with whatever is hurting, a help desk that has stopped responding, a server approaching end of life, or a security review that has to be done before someone asks for it. We scope that piece properly and deliver it, and the rest stays there for when you want it.

What changes as more layers come across is how much we already know. The team managing your endpoints is the team that designed your network and holds the as-built documentation from your last upgrade. Nothing gets handed between suppliers, and nobody has to be told your environment twice.

Every engagement starts the same way, with a look at what you already have. Sometimes that leads to a proposal. Sometimes it leads to us telling you the equipment you own has another two or three years in it, which is a shorter conversation and a more useful one.
