Overview
Your network and server estate is the backbone of every other system. We take ownership end-to-end, design, deployment, monitoring, patching and lifecycle, so your wireless, switching, servers and edge devices stay healthy, secure and supportable.
Design, deploy, then own it
Managed infrastructure means we take the network and server estate end to end rather than supporting whatever happens to be there. That starts with design. Wireless gets a site survey and a capacity model before access points are ordered. Switching gets a segmentation plan. Servers get sized against the actual workload, with headroom, not against a price list.
Once it is in, we own it. Firmware, configuration backups, capacity monitoring, environmental alerts and lifecycle planning all sit with us, documented in runbooks and an asset register you can hand to an auditor or to your next provider.
Wireless that holds up under real load
Density is where most wireless deployments fail, and schools expose it fastest. A hall that works fine with thirty devices falls over when four hundred students associate at once during an assessment. We design for concurrent device count and roaming behaviour rather than raw coverage, because a heat map that looks clean can still fail a class of thirty on a Monday morning.
We deploy across Aruba, Cisco Meraki and Cisco enterprise wireless. Which one is right depends on your existing estate, your licensing position and how much you want to manage yourself. That is a conversation, not a default.
Switching, servers and the boring parts that matter
Core and access switching is configured with VLAN segmentation, QoS where voice or video needs it, and firmware kept current on a tested schedule. Configuration backups are taken automatically, which sounds unremarkable until a switch fails and the replacement needs to be in service within the hour.
Server management covers Windows and Linux across VMware and Hyper-V, physical and virtual, with patching, capacity planning and hardware lifecycle tracked so nothing quietly reaches end of support. We build on HPE ProLiant, Alletra and Nimble as an accredited HPE partner, and quote Dell alongside it where Dell is the better fit.
UPS, rack and data room monitoring is included. A cooling failure over a long weekend is a cheap problem if you find out on Saturday and an expensive one if you find out on Tuesday.

Common questions
Do you only deploy HPE hardware?
No. We are an accredited HPE partner across Alletra, Nimble and ProLiant, and we also quote Dell. On most server and storage refreshes we price both side by side so you can see the difference in cost, warranty terms and lead time before deciding.
Can you manage network equipment we already own?
Usually yes, provided it is still vendor supported and can be monitored. Where kit is out of support or cannot be managed safely, we say so and put it on a refresh plan rather than pretending it is covered.
How do you approach Wi-Fi design for a school?
With a survey and a device density model per space, not a coverage map. Halls, libraries and exam venues are sized for concurrent connections during peak use. We also plan the cabling and switch capacity at the same time, because access points are usually not the constraint.
What documentation do we receive?
An asset register, network diagrams, configuration backups, and runbooks for the recurring operational tasks. It is written to be usable by someone who is not us, which matters when you have staff turnover or change providers.
When is the right time to plan an infrastructure refresh?
Start twelve to eighteen months before end of support, not after. For schools, working backwards from term dates matters more than the calendar year, because the only realistic cutover windows are the breaks and they book out with lead times of eight weeks or more.
